随着风电规模的不断增大,风电出力的波动对电力系统的影响越来越大,尤其是风电的大规模高集中接入,使得风电功率爬坡问题日益突出。针对风电功率爬坡,文章提出了两种控制策略:一种是风电场不按照最大风能捕获要求发电,而是留有一定的裕度作为备用容量,通过调节发电机转子转速和风力机桨距角来控制功率爬坡;另一种是通过储能技术,抑制风电功率爬坡。利用电力系统仿真软件PSCAD进行仿真,对比了两种控制策略的可行性和有效性。

With the increase of the scale of wind power , the influence of fluctuation of wind power output on the power system becomes greater and greater , and especially the large-scale and high-concentration access of wind power makes the wind power ramping problems increasingly prominent .In view of the wind power ramping , this paper proposed two control strategies .One is that the wind farm does not generate electricity in accordance with the requirements of the maximal wind energy capture , but leaves a certain margin as reserve capacity and controls power ramping by adjusting the generator rotor speed and wind turbine pitch angle;and the other one is to suppress the wind power ramping by the energy storage technology .Simulations were made by using the power system simulation software PSCAD , and the fea-sibility and effectiveness of the two control strategies were compared .
