目的:测定蒙古扁桃种仁和叶片中蛋白质含量,为其资源综合开发利用提供一定的科学依据。方法:采用凯氏定氮法测定蒙古扁桃种仁和叶片中蛋白质含量。结果:蒙古扁桃种仁和叶片中蛋白质含量分别为22.21%和12.99%,该方法的回收率为96%~105%,RSD为0.29%。结论:该法简便、快速、准确,蒙古扁桃种仁和叶片中均含有丰富的蛋白质。
目的:測定矇古扁桃種仁和葉片中蛋白質含量,為其資源綜閤開髮利用提供一定的科學依據。方法:採用凱氏定氮法測定矇古扁桃種仁和葉片中蛋白質含量。結果:矇古扁桃種仁和葉片中蛋白質含量分彆為22.21%和12.99%,該方法的迴收率為96%~105%,RSD為0.29%。結論:該法簡便、快速、準確,矇古扁桃種仁和葉片中均含有豐富的蛋白質。
목적:측정몽고편도충인화협편중단백질함량,위기자원종합개발이용제공일정적과학의거。방법:채용개씨정담법측정몽고편도충인화협편중단백질함량。결과:몽고편도충인화협편중단백질함량분별위22.21%화12.99%,해방법적회수솔위96%~105%,RSD위0.29%。결론:해법간편、쾌속、준학,몽고편도충인화협편중균함유봉부적단백질。
Objective:To establish a method for determination of the protein contents in the kernels and leaves of Prunus mongolia and provide a scientific basis for its comprehensive exploitation and utilization of resources .Methods:Kjeldahl method was adopted to determine the protein contents in the kernels and leaves of Prunus mongolia.Results:The contents of protein in the kernels and leaves were 22.21 % and 12.99 %, re-spectively.The recovery rate of the method was 96 %~105 %, with the relative standard deviation (RSD) 0.29 %.Conclusion:Kjeldahl method is rapid, simple and accurate, and the contents of protein in the kernels and leaves of Prunus Mongolia were both abundant.
