目的:了解临床护理招聘人员流失情况,为稳定护理队伍提供有效对策。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对3年来临床招聘护理人员流失情况进行调查统计,重点对因临床一线管理上存在的问题造成的人员流失情况进行分析。结果:在招聘护理人员2923人中,3年共流失528人,平均每年流失176人,占年平均护理招聘人数的18.06%。因管理缺陷导致护理人员心理性疲劳和对职业的淡化占流失人数的34.66%,其他原因占73.31%。结论:医院护理人员的流失已严重阻碍临床护理质量的提升,从源头控制,提高临床一线管理者的水平,才能有效减少人才流失,稳定护理队伍。

To understand the situation of brain drain among clinical recruited paramedics and pro-vide countermeasures for maintaining nursing team. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on the brain drain among recruited nursing staff members in three years. Emphasis was laid on analyzing brain drain caused by forefront management failure. Results: Brain drain occurred 528 among 2, 923 recruited nursing staff members in three years, with an average loss of 176 people per year, which accounted for 18.07% of the average annual number of nursing recruitment. Talent flow related to psychological fatigue and professional desalination caused by manage-ment failure accounted for 34.66% wastage, and other causes accounted for 73.31% . Conclusion: Loss of nursing members in hospitals poses threats to clinical nursing quality. It is a good idea to lay emphasis on the forefront clini-cal management to reduce brain drain and maintain nursing team.
