宁波铁路枢纽北环线甬江特大桥为主跨468 m的混合梁斜拉桥,基于双线铁路活载重、桥面窄、列车运营安全性和旅客乘坐舒适度要求高,研究采用了一种新型双挑式索梁钢锚箱,集结构功能与风嘴功能于一体,相比传统单挑式锚箱具有抗弯抗扭刚度大、疲劳性能优良的特点。为系统分析新锚箱结构受力特性,通过建立有限元模型,分析索梁钢锚箱的受力特点与传力特性,并制作1∶1足尺局部钢锚箱模型,进行200万次疲劳验证试验及100万次疲劳破坏试验。研究结果表明,双挑式索梁钢锚箱应力与荷载呈线性关系,试验模型未发现裂缝,验证了结构设计的合理性和安全性,是一种适用于双线铁路大跨度斜拉桥的合理索梁钢锚箱形式。

The Yongjiang River Bridge on the North Ring Link of the Ningbo Railway Termi‐nal is a hybrid girder cable‐stayed bridge with a main span of 468 m .In view of the characteristics of the heavy double‐track railway live load and narrow deck on the bridge and the strict require‐ments for the train traveling safety and passenger riding comfort ,a new type of the double‐cantile‐ver steel anchor box in girder has been developed .Integrating both the functions of the structure itself and the wind fairings ,the new steel anchor box has advantages of great bending ,torsional stiffness and good fatigue performance as compared to the traditional single‐cantilever steel anchor box .To systematically analyze the force characteristics of the new type of the anchor box ,the fi‐nite element model was established and the force and force transfer characteristics of the anchor box were analyzed .The local model in full scale of 1∶1 for the anchor box was fabricated and the fatigue checking test of 2 million time cycling and the fatigue failure test of 1 million time cycling were carried out .The results of the tests show that the stress and load of the new anchor box ex‐hibit linear relationship and no cracks are found in the model ,verifying that the structural design of the anchor box is rational and safe and the anchor box is the rational steel anchor box type in girder that is applicable to long span double‐track railw ay cable‐stayed bridges .
