文章结合具体工程项目,针对绿色建筑技术在建筑设计中的优化方法进行了研究,提出绿色建筑设计应整合建筑、结构、设备、建筑物理等专业,在项目初期就结合先进的计算机模拟技术分析,实施“整体设计”。在每个专业之间寻找结合点和平衡点,满足建筑创作、建筑功能、生态属性等要求,采用的具体绿色技术措施做到绿色目标与资金投入的最优化。

In views of real project, the optimization method of the implementation of green building technology to architectural design is investigated in this paper. It is suggested that the green-building design process should be integrated with multi-specialty, including architecture, structure, facility and building physics, and the ‘integral design’ should be carried out by combining computer simulations from the early stage. The combination and balance point among various specialties need to be found, which can make the designs meet al the requirements from architectural creation, building function and ecosystem. The green building technology needs to be optimized for both green target and investment.
