目的：了解急性视网膜坏死综合征患者的临床特点，探讨聚合酶链反应技术在病毒检测中的临床应用价值，为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法选择2013年12月－2014年9月在医院就诊的急性视网膜坏死综合征患者5例作为试验组，同期住院的单纯孔源性视网膜脱离患者5例作为对照组，对比两组患者临床指征，数据采用SPSS 17．0软件进行分析。结果试验组患者中单纯‐疱疹病毒2型感染1例，感染率为20．0％，水痘‐带状疱疹病毒感染2例，感染率为40．0％，巨细胞病毒感染1例，感染率为20．0％；对照组5例患者中均未检测出病毒；利用PCR技术对急性视网膜坏死的患者进行玻璃体液检测可明确致病病毒。结论应用聚合酶链反应技术检测急性视网膜坏死综合征患者的玻璃体液标本，结果准确可靠、灵敏度高、有助于临床上对该病的诊断。
목적：료해급성시망막배사종합정환자적림상특점，탐토취합매련반응기술재병독검측중적림상응용개치，위림상치료제공삼고의거。방법선택2013년12월－2014년9월재의원취진적급성시망막배사종합정환자5례작위시험조，동기주원적단순공원성시망막탈리환자5례작위대조조，대비량조환자림상지정，수거채용SPSS 17．0연건진행분석。결과시험조환자중단순‐포진병독2형감염1례，감염솔위20．0％，수두‐대상포진병독감염2례，감염솔위40．0％，거세포병독감염1례，감염솔위20．0％；대조조5례환자중균미검측출병독；이용PCR기술대급성시망막배사적환자진행파리체액검측가명학치병병독。결론응용취합매련반응기술검측급성시망막배사종합정환자적파리체액표본，결과준학가고、령민도고、유조우림상상대해병적진단。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with acute retinal necrosis syndrome and explore the clinical value of polymerase‐chain‐reaction technique in detection of viruses so as to provide guid‐ance for clinical treatment .METHODS Totally 5 patients with acute retinal necrosis syndrome who were treated in the hospital from Dec 2013 to Sep 2014 were assigned as the experimental group ,and 5 patients with rhegmatoge‐nous retinal detachment who were hospitalized during the same period were selected as the control group .The clin‐ical indications were observed and compared between the two groups of patients ;the statistical analysis was per‐formed with the use of SPSS17 .0 software .RESULTS In the experimental group ,1 case was infected with type 2 herpes simplex virus (HSV‐2) with the infection rate of 20 .00% ,2 cases were infected with varicella‐zoster virus with the infection rate of 40 .0% ,and 1 case was infected with cytomegalovirus with the infection rate of 20 .0% ;while no virus has been detected from the 5 patients in the control group .The use of PCR technique for detection of vitreous humor samples from the patients with acute retinal necrosis could define the pathogenic viruses . CONCLUSION The polymerase‐chain‐reaction technique is reliable and highly sensitive in detection of the vitreous humor samples from the patients with acute retinal necrosis syndrome ,and it may contribute to the clinical diagno‐sis of the disease .
