目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori ,Hp)的培养结果及对抗菌药物的耐药性,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法收集2014年1-9月因上消化道疾病胃镜检查中获取的胃黏膜组织对其分离并培养,并将所得Hp进行药敏试验,数据采用SPSS21.0进行统计分析。结果共收集2991例,Hp培养阳性1184例,阳性率为39.59%;H p对各种抗菌药物的耐药率由高到低依次为甲硝唑97.89%、左氧氟沙星17.91%、克拉霉素15.20%、阿莫西林、庆大霉素、痢特灵均为0。结论 Hp培养阳性率与性别、年龄、上消化道疾病相关,对甲硝唑几乎全耐药,随着年龄增大,耐药性也升高。

목적:탐토유문라간균(Helicobacter pylori ,Hp)적배양결과급대항균약물적내약성,위림상치료제공삼고의거。방법수집2014년1-9월인상소화도질병위경검사중획취적위점막조직대기분리병배양,병장소득Hp진행약민시험,수거채용SPSS21.0진행통계분석。결과공수집2991례,Hp배양양성1184례,양성솔위39.59%;H p대각충항균약물적내약솔유고도저의차위갑초서97.89%、좌양불사성17.91%、극랍매소15.20%、아막서림、경대매소、리특령균위0。결론 Hp배양양성솔여성별、년령、상소화도질병상관,대갑초서궤호전내약,수착년령증대,내약성야승고。
OBJECTIVE To discuss culture results and antibacterial resistance of Helicobacter pylori (H .pylori) , so as to provide reference for clinical treatment .METHODS Gastric mucosa tissues collected by gastroscopy in our hospital from Jan .to Sep .in 2014 were isolated and cultured .The drug sensitivity tests were performed on the H .pylori strains from the patients'gastric mucosa tissues .RESULTS Totally 2 991 patients were collected .The number of positive H .pylori culture were 1 184 cases ,the positive rate was 39 .59% .The antibacterials with re‐sistance rates from high to low were metronidazole (97 .89% ) ,levofloxacin (17 .91% ) ,clarithromycin (15 .20% ) and amoxycillin (0) ,gentamicin (0) ,furazolidone (0) .CONCLUSION The positivity of H . pylori culture was associated with gender ,age ,and upper digestive tract diseases .Almost all H .pylori strains are resistant to met‐ronidazole and the resistance increases along with the increase of age .
