完善养老体系、创新养老机制、提高老年人生命和生活质量是新时期赋予居家养老模式的使命。在养老需求激增化、多样化和个性化的背景下，结合大连市中心医院开办居家养老服务中心的具体实践，提出一种实现居家养老服务的可行模式———医养融合居家养老，并就该模式的现状、未来发展规划进行探讨。
完善養老體繫、創新養老機製、提高老年人生命和生活質量是新時期賦予居傢養老模式的使命。在養老需求激增化、多樣化和箇性化的揹景下，結閤大連市中心醫院開辦居傢養老服務中心的具體實踐，提齣一種實現居傢養老服務的可行模式———醫養融閤居傢養老，併就該模式的現狀、未來髮展規劃進行探討。
완선양로체계、창신양로궤제、제고노년인생명화생활질량시신시기부여거가양로모식적사명。재양로수구격증화、다양화화개성화적배경하，결합대련시중심의원개판거가양로복무중심적구체실천，제출일충실현거가양로복무적가행모식———의양융합거가양로，병취해모식적현상、미래발전규화진행탐토。
The new era endows home-based care for the aged the mission to improve pension system, innovate pension mechanism and upgrade the quality of life and living of the aged. In the context of the surging,diversified and per-sonalized demands for pension,the authors,consulting the practice of home-based care for the aged in Dalian Central Hos-pital,put forward a feasible model of home-based care for the aged,combining medicine with pension. They also discuss the present situation and plans for future development of the model.
