目的:了解山西省地方性院校护生人文关怀品质的现状及其影响因素,为我国护理教育工作中护生人文素质的培养提供参考依据。方法:以山西省435名护生为研究对象,采用《护生人文关怀品质量表》进行现场问卷调查。结果:人文关怀品质总得分为(148.81±18.37)分,得分率为67.64%;班干部与非班干部、不同教育层次、不同外界关怀支持程度的护生人文关怀品质间比较差异均有统计学意义( P <0.05)。结论:山西省地方院校护生人文关怀品质现状处于较低水平,护理院校应注重开展人文关怀教育实践,切实提高护生人文关怀品质。

Objective:To investigate the present situation and the influencing factors of nursing students'humanistic caring ability at local col-leges in Shanxi and to provide a basis for the cultivation of nursing students'humanistic caring ability in nursing education .Methods:A total of 435 college nursing students in Shanxi were investigated by using questionnaires based on the Humanistic Caring Ability of Nursing Undergraduates As-sessment Scale.Results:The total score of humanistic caring ability of college nursing students was (148.81 ±18.37), with a scoring rate of 67. 64 %.Statistically significant differences in humanistic caring ability were found between students of different education levels , student leaders and non-student leader, and between students of receiving different care support ( P <0.05) .Conclusion:The present situation of the humanistic ca-ring ability of college nursing students in Shanxi is at a low level .Nursing colleges should pay more attention to the development of humanistic ca-ring ability to promote it in college nursing students .
