目的:研究肿瘤患者发生医院感染菌群分布以及耐药特点,为肿瘤患者感染的控制提供临床研究资料。方法收集2011年1月-2014年4月肿瘤科96例肿瘤患者感染病原菌培养及药敏临床资料进行统计分析,数据采用WHO‐NET5.4软件进行统计分析。结果肿瘤住院患者共918例,其中96例病原菌培养阳性,阳性率为10.5%;共检出127株病原菌,以革兰阴性菌为主,共67株占52.8%;肺炎克雷伯菌、铜绿假单胞菌以及大肠埃希菌对氨苄西林的耐药率>90.0%,白色假丝酵母菌、热带假丝酵母菌对两性霉素B、酮康唑、氟康唑、伊曲康唑、制霉菌素均较敏感。结论针对肿瘤患者的医院感染病原菌,应根据药敏试验结果合理使用抗菌药物。
目的:研究腫瘤患者髮生醫院感染菌群分佈以及耐藥特點,為腫瘤患者感染的控製提供臨床研究資料。方法收集2011年1月-2014年4月腫瘤科96例腫瘤患者感染病原菌培養及藥敏臨床資料進行統計分析,數據採用WHO‐NET5.4軟件進行統計分析。結果腫瘤住院患者共918例,其中96例病原菌培養暘性,暘性率為10.5%;共檢齣127株病原菌,以革蘭陰性菌為主,共67株佔52.8%;肺炎剋雷伯菌、銅綠假單胞菌以及大腸埃希菌對氨芐西林的耐藥率>90.0%,白色假絲酵母菌、熱帶假絲酵母菌對兩性黴素B、酮康唑、氟康唑、伊麯康唑、製黴菌素均較敏感。結論針對腫瘤患者的醫院感染病原菌,應根據藥敏試驗結果閤理使用抗菌藥物。
목적:연구종류환자발생의원감염균군분포이급내약특점,위종류환자감염적공제제공림상연구자료。방법수집2011년1월-2014년4월종류과96례종류환자감염병원균배양급약민림상자료진행통계분석,수거채용WHO‐NET5.4연건진행통계분석。결과종류주원환자공918례,기중96례병원균배양양성,양성솔위10.5%;공검출127주병원균,이혁란음성균위주,공67주점52.8%;폐염극뢰백균、동록가단포균이급대장애희균대안변서림적내약솔>90.0%,백색가사효모균、열대가사효모균대량성매소B、동강서、불강서、이곡강서、제매균소균교민감。결론침대종류환자적의원감염병원균,응근거약민시험결과합리사용항균약물。
OBJECTIVE To study the pathogen distribution of hospital infection in patients with tumor and the drug resistance of these pathogens so as to provide clinical data for controlling infections .METHODS A total of 96 canc‐er patients who were infected in the department of oncology were selected from Jan .2011 to Apr .2014 .The pathogens were isolated and cultured and drug sensitivity data were analyzed .All data were statistically analyzed by WHO‐NET 5 .4 software .RESULTS Among the 918 cases of cancer patients ,96 cases were detected positive pathogens ,and the positive rate was 10 .5% .Totally 127 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected and gram‐negative bacteria dominated the majority with 67 cases (52 .8% ) .The drug resistance rates of K lebsiella pneu‐moniae , Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli to ampicillin were more than 90 .0% .Candida albicans and Candida tropicalis were sensitive to amphotericinB , ketoconazole , fluconazole , itraconazole and nystatin . CONCLUSION Antibiotics used to treat hospital infection in tumor patients should be reasonably used according to drug sensitive tests .
