目的：研究血清降钙素原（PC T ）检测在患者肺部感染诊断中的应用，指导临床准确诊断肺部感染。方法选取门诊68例肺部感染患者为感染组，同期选取68名健康体检者为非感染组，对比两组PC T浓度，采用全自动免疫荧光分析仪进行定量测定。结果患者 PCT 浓度感染组为（4．67±1．59） ng／ml、非感染组为（0．03 ± 0．01） ng／ml ，感染组患者PCT浓度明显高于非感染组，差异有统计学意义（P＜ 0．05）；检测 PCT 阳性率感染组为83．82％、非感染组为8．82％，感染组患者PC T 检测结果的阳性率明显高于非感染组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论 PCT的检测可以诊断肺部感染的发生，并能够指导临床合理应用抗菌药物，因此PCT的检测能够帮助临床肺部感染患者的诊断及治疗。
목적：연구혈청강개소원（PC T ）검측재환자폐부감염진단중적응용，지도림상준학진단폐부감염。방법선취문진68례폐부감염환자위감염조，동기선취68명건강체검자위비감염조，대비량조PC T농도，채용전자동면역형광분석의진행정량측정。결과환자 PCT 농도감염조위（4．67±1．59） ng／ml、비감염조위（0．03 ± 0．01） ng／ml ，감염조환자PCT농도명현고우비감염조，차이유통계학의의（P＜ 0．05）；검측 PCT 양성솔감염조위83．82％、비감염조위8．82％，감염조환자PC T 검측결과적양성솔명현고우비감염조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론 PCT적검측가이진단폐부감염적발생，병능구지도림상합리응용항균약물，인차PCT적검측능구방조림상폐부감염환자적진단급치료。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the value of serum procalcitonin (PCT ) detection in the diagnosis of pulmonary infection ,and provide some guidance for diagnosis of pulmonary infections .METHODS Totally 68 outpatients with lung infection were chosen as the infection group ,and 68 healthy subjects during the corresponding period were chosen as the non -infection group .PCT levels were quantitatively determined by the full‐automated immun‐ofluoroanalyzer and compared between the two groups .RESULTS The PCT level was (4 .67 ± 1 .59) ng/ml in the infection group ,significantly higher than (0 .03 ± 0 .01) ng/ml in the non‐infection group ,the difference was sig‐nificant (P<0 .05) .The PCT positive rate was 83 .82% in the infection group ,significantly higher than 8 .82% in the non‐infection group (P<0 .05) .CONCLUSION Detection of serum procalcitonin can diagnose pulmonary infec‐tions ,and guide clinical rational application of antibiotics for the treatment of pulmonary infections ,therefore ,the detection of serum procalcitonin has important value for clinical diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary infections .
