目的:了解城市民营医疗机构的人才现状及其影响因素。方法在某一线城市的8所民营医疗机构,采取定性访谈和问卷调查的方法进行深入调查。结果该地民营医疗机构人才现状的特点是中坚力量较为缺乏、人才流动性大;医院规模与文化、多点执业政策、晋升制度、继续教育、科研支持、社会偏见是影响该地区民营医疗机构人才现状的主要因素。结论政府应进一步落实医师多点执业政策,给予民营医疗机构医生平等的晋升机会,民营医疗机构应加强人才梯队的培养建设,个体机构需增强联合,谋求集团化发展。
目的:瞭解城市民營醫療機構的人纔現狀及其影響因素。方法在某一線城市的8所民營醫療機構,採取定性訪談和問捲調查的方法進行深入調查。結果該地民營醫療機構人纔現狀的特點是中堅力量較為缺乏、人纔流動性大;醫院規模與文化、多點執業政策、晉升製度、繼續教育、科研支持、社會偏見是影響該地區民營醫療機構人纔現狀的主要因素。結論政府應進一步落實醫師多點執業政策,給予民營醫療機構醫生平等的晉升機會,民營醫療機構應加彊人纔梯隊的培養建設,箇體機構需增彊聯閤,謀求集糰化髮展。
목적:료해성시민영의료궤구적인재현상급기영향인소。방법재모일선성시적8소민영의료궤구,채취정성방담화문권조사적방법진행심입조사。결과해지민영의료궤구인재현상적특점시중견역량교위결핍、인재류동성대;의원규모여문화、다점집업정책、진승제도、계속교육、과연지지、사회편견시영향해지구민영의료궤구인재현상적주요인소。결론정부응진일보락실의사다점집업정책,급여민영의료궤구의생평등적진승궤회,민영의료궤구응가강인재제대적배양건설,개체궤구수증강연합,모구집단화발전。
Objective:To learn about the present situation of talents in urban non-governmental medical institutions. Method:The authors make the in-depth investigation by means of qualitative interviews and questionnaires in 8 non-gov-ernmental medical institutions in a most developed city.Result:They find the following problems: the deficiency of the backbone and the immoderate fluidity of talents.Hospital scale and culture, multi-institution-practice policies, promotion system,further education,support of science research and social bias are the main factors affecting the current talents in non-governmental medical institutions of this area.Conclusion:Government should further ensure the implementation of the multi-sited licensing and the training for the construction of talent team,remove the prejudice and give doctors in non-governmental medical institutions equal opportunity of promotion.The non-governmental medical institutions should seek cooperation and collectivization development.
