目的：研究自噬基因LC3在卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者中的表达情况，探讨其与卵巢子宫内膜异位症发生、发展的相关性及意义。方法用Real-time PCR方法，对正常子宫内膜组织以及卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者的在位内膜组织、异位内膜组织进行LC3 mRNA定量分析，探讨其与临床分期的关系。结果 LC3 mRNA在卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者在位内膜组、异位内膜组和正常子宫内膜组中的表达存在显著差异（ P＜0.05）。异位内膜组表达显著低于正常内膜组，异位内膜组与在位内膜组相比表达明显下调（ P＜0.05），在位内膜组和正常内膜组间比较无明显差异（ P＞0.05）。 LC3 mRNA 在卵巢子宫内膜异位症不同临床分期中，异位内膜组Ⅲ～Ⅳ期LC3 mRNA表达显著低于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期（ P＜0.05）。在月经周期不同时相，正常内膜组增殖期的LC3 mRNA表达明显高于分泌期（ P＜0.05），卵巢子宫内膜异位症在位内膜组、异位内膜组增殖期与分泌期比较，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）。结论自噬参与了卵巢子宫内膜异位症的发病，自噬活性的改变可能与子宫内膜异位症的发展及病损程度相关。
목적：연구자서기인LC3재란소자궁내막이위증환자중적표체정황，탐토기여란소자궁내막이위증발생、발전적상관성급의의。방법용Real-time PCR방법，대정상자궁내막조직이급란소자궁내막이위증환자적재위내막조직、이위내막조직진행LC3 mRNA정량분석，탐토기여림상분기적관계。결과 LC3 mRNA재란소자궁내막이위증환자재위내막조、이위내막조화정상자궁내막조중적표체존재현저차이（ P＜0.05）。이위내막조표체현저저우정상내막조，이위내막조여재위내막조상비표체명현하조（ P＜0.05），재위내막조화정상내막조간비교무명현차이（ P＞0.05）。 LC3 mRNA 재란소자궁내막이위증불동림상분기중，이위내막조Ⅲ～Ⅳ기LC3 mRNA표체현저저우Ⅰ～Ⅱ기（ P＜0.05）。재월경주기불동시상，정상내막조증식기적LC3 mRNA표체명현고우분비기（ P＜0.05），란소자궁내막이위증재위내막조、이위내막조증식기여분비기비교，차이무통계학의의（ P＞0.05）。결론자서삼여료란소자궁내막이위증적발병，자서활성적개변가능여자궁내막이위증적발전급병손정도상관。
Objective To study the expression of autophagy gene LC 3 in the ovarian endome-triosis so as to explore the correlation and significance between LC 3 and the occurrence and de-velopment of the ovarian endometriosis .Methods LC3 mRNA quantitative analysis was car-ried out for the normal endometrial tissue , the eutopic endometrial tissue and ectopic endome-trial tissue of ovarian endometriosis patients by Real-time PCR, its relation with clinical stages was investigated .Results The expression of LC 3 mRNA had a significant difference ( P<0.05 ) in the eutopic endometrial tissue , ectopic endometrial tissue of ovarian endometriosis pa-tients and the normal endometrial tissue .The expression in the ectopic endometrial tissue was significantly lower than that of normal endometrial tissue .The ectopic endometrium group was significantly down-regulated compared with the eutopic endometrium group ( P <0.05 ) and there was no difference between eutopic endometrium group and normal endometrium group ( P >0.05).The expression of LC3 mRNA in stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ was significantly lower than that of stageⅠ~Ⅱin the ectopic endometrium group ( P<0.05 ) .The proliferative phase expression was significantly higher than secretory phase expression in the normal endometrial tissue ( P<0.05 ) .Compared with the proliferative phase expression and secretory phase expression among the ectopic endometrium group and the eutopic endometrium group of ovarian endometriosis , the differences had no statistical significance ( P >0.05 ) .Conclusion Autophagy partici-pates in the attack of ovarian endometriosis .The changes of autophagy activities may be related to the degree of development and impairment of endometriosis .
