生姜的传统炮制品种有鲜姜、干姜、炮姜、姜炭、煨姜等,此5种炮制规格在功能主治上均有明显的差异,故其临床效用亦各不相同,就生姜不同炮制品的炮制方法及临床应用加以简述,以期为生姜不同炮制品的合理应用提供参考。
生薑的傳統砲製品種有鮮薑、榦薑、砲薑、薑炭、煨薑等,此5種砲製規格在功能主治上均有明顯的差異,故其臨床效用亦各不相同,就生薑不同砲製品的砲製方法及臨床應用加以簡述,以期為生薑不同砲製品的閤理應用提供參攷。
생강적전통포제품충유선강、간강、포강、강탄、외강등,차5충포제규격재공능주치상균유명현적차이,고기림상효용역각불상동,취생강불동포제품적포제방법급림상응용가이간술,이기위생강불동포제품적합리응용제공삼고。
Traditional processed products of ginger (Zingiber officinale) consist of five types: fresh ginger, Rhizoma Zingiberis, Rhizoma Zingiberis Preparata, charcoal made from ginger and roasted ginger.These products have clearly different functions which indicates different clinical effects. This paper aims at providing reference for using processed ginger correctly by discussing the processed methods and clinical application of these products.
