纳米银抗菌处理存在纳米银与纤维间黏着力不够的问题,利用生物黏合剂多巴胺制备复合膜可将其固着在纤维上。文中介绍了纳米银多巴胺固体微球乳液的制备方法,并分析了3种不同制备方法制备的纳米银多巴胺固体微球乳液的性能及对纤维的适应性。探讨并分析了3种方法制备的纳米银多巴胺固体微球乳液分别用于醋酸纤维、莫代尔纤维、强捻精梳纱棉针织面料的抗菌整理效果。结果表明,经纳米银多巴胺固体微球乳液整理后的几种针织面料具有优异的耐久抗菌效果,皂洗200次后仍然可以达到98%以上的抗菌活性。

The adhesive force between nano-silver and fiber was small, so biological adhesive dopamine was used to made composite membrane which can fix nano-silver on fiber. The preparation methods of nano-silver dopamine solid microsphere emulsion were introduced, and the property of nano-silver dopamine solid microsphere emulsion made by three kinds of preparation methods and its adaptation on fibers was analyzed. The effect of an-tibacterial finishing of acetate fiber, modal fiber and heavily-twisted cotton combed yarn knitted fabric finished by nano-silver dopamine solid microsphere emulsion made by three kinds of preparation methods was discussed and analyzed. The results show that these fabrics finished by nano-silver dopamine solid microsphere emulsion have ex-cellent durable antibacterial effect, and still have more than 98% antibacterial activity after 200 times soaping.
