The felting principle of wool was expounded, and the relationship between wool structure and enzyme was reduced in this paper. The current situation of protease anti-felting was analyzed, and the protease one-step, two-step and three-step anti-felting finishing processes were introduced in detail, focusing on protease anti-felting finishing methods combined with enzymatic pretreatment in the process of protease two-step anti-felting finishing. It also pointed the problems of enzymatic anti-felting finishing at present, and provided two kinds of feasible treat-ment schemes.
