结合钻杆接头螺纹的服役工况,针对大螺距异型螺纹,利用普通数控车床和专门制作的滚压装置微量滚压螺纹根部。结果表明,合适的滚压工艺参数能够提高牙根表面硬度(57 HV0.5),表面粗糙度数值降低1个等级,显微组织出现了致密纤维层,金属表层得到强化,钻杆接头螺纹的疲劳寿命有所提高。
結閤鑽桿接頭螺紋的服役工況,針對大螺距異型螺紋,利用普通數控車床和專門製作的滾壓裝置微量滾壓螺紋根部。結果錶明,閤適的滾壓工藝參數能夠提高牙根錶麵硬度(57 HV0.5),錶麵粗糙度數值降低1箇等級,顯微組織齣現瞭緻密纖維層,金屬錶層得到彊化,鑽桿接頭螺紋的疲勞壽命有所提高。

Combined with the service conditions of the tool joint threads, aiming at the steep-pitch nonstandard threads, the root of screw thread was trace rolling by using CNC lathe and specialized made rolling device. The results show that the appropriate rolling process parameters can improve the hardness (57 HV0. 5) of root surface, reduce the surface roughness by two grades, and there are dense layer of fibers to appear in surface,by which the properties of metal surface are strengthened. The fatigue life of the drill pipe joint screw thread can be improved.
