分析了LD钢六角冷镦模真空淬火和多次回火后的显微组织和硬度,结果表明,LD钢经真空热处理后,组织为针状回火马氏体+少量残留奥氏体+一次和二次碳化物,显微组织较均匀,其硬度为59.5~60.0 HRC,满足技术要求。
分析瞭LD鋼六角冷鐓模真空淬火和多次迴火後的顯微組織和硬度,結果錶明,LD鋼經真空熱處理後,組織為針狀迴火馬氏體+少量殘留奧氏體+一次和二次碳化物,顯微組織較均勻,其硬度為59.5~60.0 HRC,滿足技術要求。
분석료LD강륙각랭대모진공쉬화화다차회화후적현미조직화경도,결과표명,LD강경진공열처리후,조직위침상회화마씨체+소량잔류오씨체+일차화이차탄화물,현미조직교균균,기경도위59.5~60.0 HRC,만족기술요구。
Microstructure and hardness of LD steel cold-heading hexagon mold after vacuum quenching and multiple tempering were investigated. The results show that the microstructure of LD steel after vacuum heat treatment is acicular tempered martensite plus small amount of residual austenite and primary and secondary carbides. The microstructure is uniform and the hardness reaches 59. 5-60. 0 HRC, which meets the technical requirements.
