研究了不同淬火温度、不同冷却方式对新型D2钢硬度及组织的影响。讨论了不同淬火温度下新型D2钢组织和性能变化的原因。结果表明,随着淬火温度的升高,在水冷、油冷、雾冷、风冷等冷却方式下,试样的硬度值都大致呈现先升高后降低的趋势,同时试样的硬度峰值出现在不同的淬火温度,水冷的硬度峰值在980℃。油冷的硬度峰值出现在980℃和1020℃。而雾冷和风冷,获得硬度峰值的淬火温度出现在980℃和1040℃左右,在1040℃淬火其峰值硬度达到61 HRC。

Effects of different austenizing temperature and cooling mode on microstructure and hardness of new type D2 steel were studied. The reasons of microstructure and hardness variation of D2 steel under different quenching processes were discussed. The results show that under different cooling modes, induding water cooling, oil cooling, atomizing cooling and forced air cooling the hardness of D2 steel increases and approaches a maximum value, and then decreases with the increase of austenizing temperature. The peak values of hardness appear at 980 ℃when cooled in water, and at 980 ℃ and 1020 ℃ when cooled in oil, and at 980 ℃ and 1040 ℃ when cooled by atomizing and forced air cooling. The peak value of the hardness of 61 HRC can be obtained when austenized at 1040 ℃ then by atomizing and forced air cooling.
