对Cr17铁素体不锈钢冷轧钢板进行了不同温度的退火试验,利用显微组织观察、电子背散射衍射( EBSD)技术及力学性能试验探讨了退火温度对冷轧钢板的显微组织、微观织构与成形性能的关系。结果表明,随着退火温度的提高,α纤维织构变弱,取向密度逐渐降低,而γ纤维的织构强点为{111}<112>不变,取向密度逐渐增强,r值增加。当冷轧钢板在1040℃退火时,r值最大。
對Cr17鐵素體不鏽鋼冷軋鋼闆進行瞭不同溫度的退火試驗,利用顯微組織觀察、電子揹散射衍射( EBSD)技術及力學性能試驗探討瞭退火溫度對冷軋鋼闆的顯微組織、微觀織構與成形性能的關繫。結果錶明,隨著退火溫度的提高,α纖維織構變弱,取嚮密度逐漸降低,而γ纖維的織構彊點為{111}<112>不變,取嚮密度逐漸增彊,r值增加。噹冷軋鋼闆在1040℃退火時,r值最大。
대Cr17철소체불수강랭알강판진행료불동온도적퇴화시험,이용현미조직관찰、전자배산사연사( EBSD)기술급역학성능시험탐토료퇴화온도대랭알강판적현미조직、미관직구여성형성능적관계。결과표명,수착퇴화온도적제고,α섬유직구변약,취향밀도축점강저,이γ섬유적직구강점위{111}<112>불변,취향밀도축점증강,r치증가。당랭알강판재1040℃퇴화시,r치최대。
Annealing under different temperatures was carried out on Cr17 ferritic stainless steel cold-rolled sheet, and the relationships between annealing temperature and microstructure, texture and formability of the cold-rolled sheet were investigated by means of microstructure observation, electron back scattering diffraction ( EBSD) technology and mechanical test. The results show that with the increasing of annealing temperature, alpha fiber texture is weaker and its orientation density decreases gradually. γ fiber texture remains as{111} <112> and the orientation density increases, which lead to the increase of r value. When the cold-rolled sheet is annealed at 1040℃, r value reaches the maximum value.
