为减少井下胶轮车发动机带来的振动与噪声,以发动机悬置系统为研究对象,在掌握发动机振动特性的基础上,设计了以筒状橡胶减振器为减振元件的减振装置,并根据动力学理论及橡胶理论,建立了该减振装置的阻尼减振力学模型与有限元模型。利用有限元方法对模型进行静态特性分析,得到的静态刚度与实验结果基本吻合,说明了阻尼减振模型的正确性,为进一步进行动态特性分析奠定了基础。通过动态特性分析,得知减振装置的动刚度和阻尼损耗因子均位于合理范围内。为非公路用重型车辆发动机的减振研究提供参考。
為減少井下膠輪車髮動機帶來的振動與譟聲,以髮動機懸置繫統為研究對象,在掌握髮動機振動特性的基礎上,設計瞭以筒狀橡膠減振器為減振元件的減振裝置,併根據動力學理論及橡膠理論,建立瞭該減振裝置的阻尼減振力學模型與有限元模型。利用有限元方法對模型進行靜態特性分析,得到的靜態剛度與實驗結果基本吻閤,說明瞭阻尼減振模型的正確性,為進一步進行動態特性分析奠定瞭基礎。通過動態特性分析,得知減振裝置的動剛度和阻尼損耗因子均位于閤理範圍內。為非公路用重型車輛髮動機的減振研究提供參攷。

In order to reduce vibration and noise caused by underground rubber wheel-type vehicle engine,making engine suspension system as research object,the vibration buffer device was designed based on the engine vibration characteristics. The key component of the device is the tubular rubber shock absorber. And the mechanical model and the finite element model of vibration buffer device were established based on the theory of dynamics and rubber theory . The static characteristics analysis of model by using finite element method and the static stiffness are in well agreement with experimental results,which proved the correctness of this damping model and lays the foundation for further analysis of dynamic characteristics. Through the dynamic characteristic analysis of vibration buffer device, we know that the dynamic stiffness and damping loss factor were located within the reasonable range. This paper provides a powerful reference for the study on vibration of off-road heavy-duty vehicle engine.
