研究了23MnCrNiMo54矿用圆环链专用钢的快速淬火热处理工艺,对其组织及硬度进行分析。结果表明,快速淬火获得细小的板条马氏体,具有高于常规淬火的硬度,马氏体的抗回火稳定性高,回火后具有高的强度和良好的韧性。

The rapid quenching process of 23MnCrNiMo54 steel mining round link chains was investigated and the microstructure and hardness were analysed. The results show that the fine lath martensite can be obtained by rapid quenching which has higher hardness than that of by traditional quenching and the resistance to tempering stability of the martensite is improved. After tempering the steel has higher strength and excellent toughness.
