The development and application of titanium alloy castings were presented. The advantages of precision castings were analyzed. ZTC4 and TC4 two kinds of material machine differences are compared from three aspects of spindle speed, feed rate and depth of processing chip in plane milling, boring, drilling and slender blind hole EDM.
