目的：探讨手术切开复位内固定疗法用于踝关节骨折脱位患者的临床治疗效果。方法选取2011年10月～2014年5月收治的踝关节骨折脱位患者共68例，按手术方法的不同划分为两组，对照组患者30例采用手法整复石膏外固定疗法，观察组38例采用手术切开复位内固定疗法；参考 Mazur 标准对两组病例的踝关节功能进行评估，比较两组的骨折愈合时间、住院天数与不适症状发生率等。结果治疗后，观察组的临床优良率为92.1%，与对照组的86.7%相仿，差异无统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；但观察组的骨折愈合时间、住院天数更短，不适症状发生率更低，相对于对照组更占优势（P ＜0.05）。结论对踝关节骨折脱位运用手术切开复位内固定疗法有突出疗效，能够尽早恢复患者的踝关节功能，并能有效避免发生骨不连、畸形愈合等情况。

목적：탐토수술절개복위내고정요법용우과관절골절탈위환자적림상치료효과。방법선취2011년10월～2014년5월수치적과관절골절탈위환자공68례，안수술방법적불동화분위량조，대조조환자30례채용수법정복석고외고정요법，관찰조38례채용수술절개복위내고정요법；삼고 Mazur 표준대량조병례적과관절공능진행평고，비교량조적골절유합시간、주원천수여불괄증상발생솔등。결과치료후，관찰조적림상우량솔위92.1%，여대조조적86.7%상방，차이무통계학의의（P ＞0.05）；단관찰조적골절유합시간、주원천수경단，불괄증상발생솔경저，상대우대조조경점우세（P ＜0.05）。결론대과관절골절탈위운용수술절개복위내고정요법유돌출료효，능구진조회복환자적과관절공능，병능유효피면발생골불련、기형유합등정황。
Objective To investigate clinical effect of the surgical therapy for patients with ankle fracture dislocation. Methods 68 cases of patients with ankle fracture dislocation were selected from October 2011 to May 2014,and divided into two groups according to therapeutic. 30 cases of patients in the control group were implemented manipulative plaster external fixation,and the 38 cases of patients in the observation group were under open reduction and internal fixation surgery. Compared Mazur ankle function,fracture healing time,length of hospital stay and the incidence of symptoms of the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 92.1%,which wasn’t better than that of the control group(86.7%)(P > 0.05); but clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group with less the fracture healing time ,a shorter hospital stay and lower incidence rate of the discomfort reaction(P < 0.05). Conclusion The open reduction and internal fixation is good for patients with ankle fracture dislocation with outstanding efficacy,which can restore ankle joint function in patients with less time and avoid the occurrence of nonunion,malunion,etc.
