为研究9Ni钢在热处理过程中的尺寸变化机理,在同一位置对热处理前后的9Ni钢板尺寸进行了测量。结果显示,钢板在一次和二次淬火前后其宽度和长度尺寸均发生增加,并且其膨胀率相近。分析认为,9Ni钢板尺寸发生变化的原因是淬火过程中钢板相变层的膨胀量超过未相变层的屈服应变,导致未相变层奥氏体发生塑性延伸。
為研究9Ni鋼在熱處理過程中的呎吋變化機理,在同一位置對熱處理前後的9Ni鋼闆呎吋進行瞭測量。結果顯示,鋼闆在一次和二次淬火前後其寬度和長度呎吋均髮生增加,併且其膨脹率相近。分析認為,9Ni鋼闆呎吋髮生變化的原因是淬火過程中鋼闆相變層的膨脹量超過未相變層的屈服應變,導緻未相變層奧氏體髮生塑性延伸。

In order to study the mechanism of the dimensional change of 9Ni steel in heat treatment process,the length and width in the same place of the 9Ni steel sample were measured before and after heat treatment. The results show that the dimension of steel plate in length and width direction all increase after first and second quenching,and the expansion rate in length direction is the same as it in width direction approximately. It is considered that the reason of the dimensional change of 9Ni steel is due to the expansion of phase transformation layer exceed the yield strain of untransformed layer,which lead to plastic elongation of the untransformed austenite layer.
