现代企业在推出新产品过程中，围绕产品的设计开发、生产制造和检验测试会开展大量工作。质量作为企业的生命线，在新产品导入中尤为受到重视。但由于新产品导入过程中学习效应的存在，使得其质量水平是一个动态的量。传统质量管理方法大多没有考虑学习效应的存在，是一种相对静态下的质量管理，针对这个不足提出了一个考虑了学习效应的产品质量水平函数，并探讨在该质量水平函数下控制图的制作、抽检特性曲线及平均检验数的变化，为新产品导入过程中的质量控制提供一种新思路。

In the process of new products introduction , modern enterprise will carry out a lot of work around product design , man-ufacture and test .As the lifeline of enterprise , quality is especially valued in new products introduction .But the learning effects in the process of new product introduction make the quality level a dynamic constant .Most of the traditional quality management methods are relatively static methods which don ’ t take the learning effects into consideration .In order to solve this defect , the author proposed a function based on learning effects and discussed the quality control chart , the properties of the test curve , and the change of the average total number of inspection under the quality function .All these provide a new perspective to the quality management in the new products introduction .
