首先建立牵引车和半挂车的刚性车身半挂汽车列车模型,然后考虑车身的扭转柔性,将牵引车和半挂车的簧载质量分为前、后两部分,并建立各部分相互作用的方程,从而建立柔性车身半挂汽车列车模型。在MATLAB软件中建立半挂汽车列车的仿真模型,以横向载荷转移率和悬架侧倾角为判断指标,在角阶跃转向工况和鱼钩转向工况下分别对刚性车身和柔性车身半挂汽车列车模型进行仿真。对比仿真结果可知,车身的扭转柔性对半挂汽车列车的侧翻有较大影响。
首先建立牽引車和半掛車的剛性車身半掛汽車列車模型,然後攷慮車身的扭轉柔性,將牽引車和半掛車的簧載質量分為前、後兩部分,併建立各部分相互作用的方程,從而建立柔性車身半掛汽車列車模型。在MATLAB軟件中建立半掛汽車列車的倣真模型,以橫嚮載荷轉移率和懸架側傾角為判斷指標,在角階躍轉嚮工況和魚鉤轉嚮工況下分彆對剛性車身和柔性車身半掛汽車列車模型進行倣真。對比倣真結果可知,車身的扭轉柔性對半掛汽車列車的側翻有較大影響。

The rigid tractor semi-trailer model with rigid body of tractor and trailer is established .Considering the torsion of the body,a torsionally flexible tractor semi-trailer model is derived by dividing each sprung mass into front and rear parts and com -bined together .The equations of the models are transferred into state space models to establish simulation models in MATLAB . They are simulated under step steering input and fishhook input .The lateral load transfer and suspension angle of tractor front axle of the torsionally flexible model are greater than the rigid model while the lateral load transfer and suspension angle of the tractor rear axle and trailer axle are smaller .It can be concluded from the results that the torsion of the body of tractor semi -trailer has a great effect on rollover .
