通過優化可控氣氛罩式滲氮爐設計、增加預抽真空繫統、選用可編程序控製器及節能材料、減少爐內結構件的熱變形等措施,減少瞭工藝氣體消耗量,實現瞭對爐溫及氮勢的精確控製、工藝過程的在線動態控製要求,提高瞭設備運行效率,降低瞭設備運行成本。

By optimizing the controlled atmosphere bell-type nitriding furnace design, adding pre-vacuum system, selecting programmable logic controller and energy-saving materials can reduce the thermal deformation of the furnace structural parts and save gas consumption, the precise control of temperature and nitrogen potential and process online dynamic control requirements are achieved, operating efficiency of the equipment is improved and operating cost of the equipment reduces.
