采用不同碳链的季铵盐与十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)对粘土进行复配改性,制得丁苯橡胶/有机粘土纳米复合材料,并研究不同季铵盐碳链长度以及复配表面改性剂用量对SBRCNs微观结构、力学性能等的影响。结果表明,10份CTAB/SDS复配改性粘土制备的SBRCNs微观结构、力学性能最好。
採用不同碳鏈的季銨鹽與十二烷基磺痠鈉(SDS)對粘土進行複配改性,製得丁苯橡膠/有機粘土納米複閤材料,併研究不同季銨鹽碳鏈長度以及複配錶麵改性劑用量對SBRCNs微觀結構、力學性能等的影響。結果錶明,10份CTAB/SDS複配改性粘土製備的SBRCNs微觀結構、力學性能最好。

Different carbon chain quaternary ammonium salt and sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS) were used to modify surface properties of clay and to prepare styrene butadiene rubber/organoclay nanocomposites(SBRCNs). The effect of different quaternary am?monium salt, different carbon chain length and dosage of surface modifier on the SBRCNs’microstructure and mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that microstructure and mechanical properties of SBRCNs with 10 phr CTAB/SDS modified organo?clay were the best.
