目的：观察化痰祛瘀方加减联合硫唑嘌呤片治疗白塞病的临床疗效。方法将50例白塞病患者随机分为2组。治疗组27例予化痰祛瘀方加减联合硫唑嘌呤片治疗，对照组23例予硫唑嘌呤片治疗，2组均治疗2个月。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后C反应蛋白（ CRP）、免疫球蛋白（ Ig） A变化。结果2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后CRP及IgA均较本组治疗前降低（P＜0．01），且治疗组降低更明显（P＜0．05）。结论化痰祛瘀方加减联合硫唑嘌呤片治疗白塞病疗效显著，可提高免疫力。
목적：관찰화담거어방가감연합류서표령편치료백새병적림상료효。방법장50례백새병환자수궤분위2조。치료조27례여화담거어방가감연합류서표령편치료，대조조23례여류서표령편치료，2조균치료2개월。비교2조림상료효급치료전후C반응단백（ CRP）、면역구단백（ Ig） A변화。결과2조총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．05），치료조료효우우대조조。2조치료후CRP급IgA균교본조치료전강저（P＜0．01），차치료조강저경명현（P＜0．05）。결론화담거어방가감연합류서표령편치료백새병료효현저，가제고면역력。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Chinese herbs for dissipating phlegm and removing blood stasis combined with azathioprine tablets on behcet's disease.Methods 50 patients with behcet's disease were randomly divided into two groups.27 patients in treatment group received Chinese herbs for dissipating phlegm and re-moving blood stasis combined with azathioprine tablets, 23 patients in control group received azathioprine tablets.The course was two months in two groups.The clinical effects the changes of c-reactive protein and immunoglobulin IgA were compared before and after treatment in two groups.Results There was statistical significance between two groups on the total effective rate (P<0.05), the curative effect in treatment group was obviously better than that in control group.CRP and IgA after treatment were decreased in two groups (P<0.01), and the decrease in treatment group was more distinct compared with that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbs for dissipating phlegm and removing blood stasis combined with azathioprine tablets on behcet's disease has significant clinical effect, improve immunity.
