分析了范成法加工椭圆齿轮时刀具和毛坯的位置关系和啮合特性,并用 MATLAB 程序对范成加工过程进行了仿真验证,得到椭圆齿轮的动态范成模拟图。通过模拟图可以看出齿形和节曲线曲率有关:节曲线曲率越小,齿形越平直。同时可以得出对于等极角范成方法,曲率越小,齿形精度越高;曲率越大,精度越低。
分析瞭範成法加工橢圓齒輪時刀具和毛坯的位置關繫和齧閤特性,併用 MATLAB 程序對範成加工過程進行瞭倣真驗證,得到橢圓齒輪的動態範成模擬圖。通過模擬圖可以看齣齒形和節麯線麯率有關:節麯線麯率越小,齒形越平直。同時可以得齣對于等極角範成方法,麯率越小,齒形精度越高;麯率越大,精度越低。

The positional relationship and cutting mechanism between the cutter and blank are analyzed in the generation method of el-liptical gears.The process of generation is simulated by MATLAB software,and the dynamic simulation diagram of cutting process is got.It can be seen that tooth profile is related to the curvature of pitch curve.The smaller the curvature of pitch curve,the straighter the tooth shape is.It also can be illustrate that gear profile precision is also related to the curvature in equal polar -angle method.The smaller curvature of pitch curve,the more precise the tooth profile is.
