护士排班问题是医疗系统中最重要的工作之一。科学地编制排班表，合理地进行人员搭配，适当地平衡护士负担，充分考虑护士的合理需求，对医院有效使用劳动力以及更好的满足人员需求起着非常重要的作用。采用遗传算法建立护士排班表，并且在 Android 平台智能手机上开发应用，方便护士人员随时随地查询排班等情况，实现了智能化、人性化的排班过程。

Nurse duty roster is one of the most important jobs in hospital system.Scientifically compiling the roster form,arranging per-sonnel reasonably,balancing the pressure of nurses,and considering suitable demands of nurses are very crucial for hospitals to use la-bors effectively and satisfy demands of the staff.The paper uses genetic algorithm to produce the nurse roster and realize it in Android platform of intelligent mobile phone.It realizes the automization of nurse roster work.
