目的：评价注射用奥美拉唑钠与注射用埃索美拉唑钠治疗急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的成本-效果。方法回顾201306-201412期间某院急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血患者，从中抽取符合方案患者，使用注射用奥美拉唑钠的患者为A组，使用注射用埃索美拉唑钠的患者为B组，分析比较2组的成本、效果。结果A组与B组的显效率分别为81.18%,91.21%( P<0.05),有效率都为100%；显效成本∕显效率分别为3851.44,3684.46,总有效成本∕总有效率分别为4521.00,4911.00。结论在显效方面注射用埃索美拉唑钠具有成本-效果优势，在总有效方面注射用奥美拉唑钠具有成本-效果优势。临床医生应根据患者实际情况选用不同方案，节约社会资本。

목적：평개주사용오미랍서납여주사용애색미랍서납치료급성비정맥곡장성상소화도출혈적성본-효과。방법회고201306-201412기간모원급성비정맥곡장성상소화도출혈환자，종중추취부합방안환자，사용주사용오미랍서납적환자위A조，사용주사용애색미랍서납적환자위B조，분석비교2조적성본、효과。결과A조여B조적현효솔분별위81.18%,91.21%( P<0.05),유효솔도위100%；현효성본∕현효솔분별위3851.44,3684.46,총유효성본∕총유효솔분별위4521.00,4911.00。결론재현효방면주사용애색미랍서납구유성본-효과우세，재총유효방면주사용오미랍서납구유성본-효과우세。림상의생응근거환자실제정황선용불동방안，절약사회자본。
Objective It is to evaluate cost-effectiveness of omeprazole sodium for injection and esomeprazole sodium for injec?tion treating digestive tract hemorrhage with acute nonvariceal upper. Method Patient with bleeding acute nonvariceal upper gastroin?testinal was researched from June, 2013 to December, 2014. We extracted the patients and divided them into the group A and group B. The patients using omeprazole sodium for injection is the group A. The patients using esomeprazole sodium for injection is the group B. The costs and effects of the two groups were compared. Result The rate of group A and group B were 81. 18%, 91.21%(P<0.05), re?spectively. The effective rate of two groups are 100%;excellence cost/significant efficiency is 3851.44, 3684.46, respectively;the total effective cost/total effective rate is 4521.00, 4911.00. Conclusion In the effect, esometazole sodium for injection has a cost-effective?ness advantage. In the total effect, omeprazole sodium for injection has a cost-effectiveness advantage. Clinicians should choose differ?ent scheme according to the actual situation of patients and save social capital.
