近年来，随着绿色出行观念的广泛传播，公共自行车在中小城市越来越普及。总结了中小城市公共自行车项目规划性强、覆盖率大、制度性好和完善度高四大现状特点。同时，也发现存在功能定位不清晰、后续资金不足、替代风险高三大突出问题。最后，提出通过开源节流和技术创新来发展中小城市的公共自行车运行体系。
근년래，수착록색출행관념적엄범전파，공공자행차재중소성시월래월보급。총결료중소성시공공자행차항목규화성강、복개솔대、제도성호화완선도고사대현상특점。동시，야발현존재공능정위불청석、후속자금불족、체대풍험고삼대돌출문제。최후，제출통과개원절류화기술창신래발전중소성시적공공자행차운행체계。
This paper summarizes four characteristics of public bike development in small and mid -sized cities,including planning well,large coverage,good system support and high-level improvement.At the same time,there are three problems:unclear functional orientation,lack of subsequent funds,and high risk of replacement.Finally,it is indicated to develop public bikes through increasing input while reducing expenditure,and technology innovation.
