内蒙古包头鑫达黄金矿业有限责任公司的矿石属于贫硫化物花岗岩质含金矿石。选矿厂原生产规模为1800 t／d，采用三段一闭路碎矿、二段磨矿、全泥氰化炭浆法提金工艺流程，目前存在尾矿金品位高、选矿回收率低等问题。本次技术改造主要通过更换二段球磨机，增加浸出槽数量等措施，使选矿厂处理能力提高至2000 t／d以上。经过技术改造，鑫达公司选矿厂磨矿细度提高到－200目占90％以上，尾矿金品位降低，选矿回收率有所提高，达到预期技术改造的目的，并为企业带来了较好的经济效益。

Ores in the ore-dressing plant of Xinda Gold Mining Co.,Ltd.in Baotou,Inner Mongolia,belong to low sulfur-bearing granite gold ores.The previous capacity of the plant was 1 800 t/d,and a three staged process of closed circuit crashing-two staged grinding-all-sliming cyanidation and CIP was adopted.The existing problems are high gold grade in tailings,low recovery rate and so on.The renovation changed for a new two staged ball mill and arranged more leaching cells,making the treatment capacity improved to 2 000 t/d.Through the renovation,the grinding fine-ness is increased to over 90%of -200 meshes;gold grade in tailings is lowered;recovery rate is increased.The ren-ovation reached desired purposes and brought profits to the company.
