在Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机上,研究了S31042合金的热塑性及热变形行为,并建立了合金的热加工图。结果表明,在900~1250℃热变形范围内,合金均具有较好的热塑性;计算得出合金的热变形激活能为467.412 kJ/mol;通过热加工图分析得出,合金适宜初始加工温度范围在1200~1250℃,采用此参数锻造获得的锻坯组织细小均匀。

The thermo-plastic and thermo-deformation characteristics of S31042 alloy were studied by using Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation test machine, and the hot processing maps were established. The results show that in the deformation range of 900-1250 ℃, the alloy has good thermoplastic;the hot deformation activation energy is 467. 412 kJ/mol;the suitable processing initial deformation temperature range is between 1200-1250 ℃ through processing map analysis, and the microstructure of forging billet is fine and uniform by using this parameters.
