目的：总结距骨骨折患者的手术治疗体会。方法选取2013年2月～2014年2月间我院收治的距骨骨折患者31例，根据骨折类型采取手术治疗。结果随访半年，20例表现为优，占64.51%，9例表现为良，占29.03%，1例表现尚可，占3.23%，1例表现差，占3.23%，优良率为93.54%。结论距骨骨折及早开展手术、力求达到解剖复位、保护距骨血运、运用坚强的内固定、科学植骨、加强早期关节锻炼能够增强手术效果，减少骨折并发症，效果良好。

목적：총결거골골절환자적수술치료체회。방법선취2013년2월～2014년2월간아원수치적거골골절환자31례，근거골절류형채취수술치료。결과수방반년，20례표현위우，점64.51%，9례표현위량，점29.03%，1례표현상가，점3.23%，1례표현차，점3.23%，우량솔위93.54%。결론거골골절급조개전수술、력구체도해부복위、보호거골혈운、운용견강적내고정、과학식골、가강조기관절단련능구증강수술효과，감소골절병발증，효과량호。
Objective Surgical treatment experience of patients with talus fracture is to be summarized.MethodsChoose 31 patients with talus fracture who are received and treated in hospital from February 2013 to February 2014 and have them cured with differential surgical treatment according to different fracture types.ResultsWith a half year folow-up observation,the result shows that there are 20 cases of excelence(64.51%),9 cases of goodness(29.03),1 case of tolerableness(3.23)and one case of badness(3.23%),the excelence rate is up to 93.54%.Conclusion It is suggested for patients with talus fracture to be cured with surgical treatment as soon as possible and strive for anatomic reduction,in order to protect blood supply of talus; and in addition,make use of rigid internal fixation treatment,scientific bone graft and strengthen early joint exercise are of significance to enhance surgery treatment effect and reduce fracture probability; thus,surgical treatment is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinicaly in treatment of talus fracture.
