微课给当代高职实训教学带来了巨大机遇和挑战。从微课的定义和特点出发,分析了高职实训教学引入微课的必要性,并以具体实训课程建设为例,构建了基于微课的高职实训教学“课前-课中-课后”运用模式。结果表明该模式能激发学生学习积极性,促进教师教学能力提升,有利于推进高职实训教学改革进程。
微課給噹代高職實訓教學帶來瞭巨大機遇和挑戰。從微課的定義和特點齣髮,分析瞭高職實訓教學引入微課的必要性,併以具體實訓課程建設為例,構建瞭基于微課的高職實訓教學“課前-課中-課後”運用模式。結果錶明該模式能激髮學生學習積極性,促進教師教學能力提升,有利于推進高職實訓教學改革進程。

Micro -lecture brings opportunities and challenges to the training teaching system in higher vocational colleges.The paper analyzes the necessity of introducing Micro -lecture,and constructs the before,during and after class teaching model in training teach-ing of higher vocational college on the specific course.This teaching model in the paper can stimulate the enthusiasm of the students, improve teachers’teaching ability and promote the reform process in training teaching of higher vocational college.
