目的：探讨不同的麻醉和镇痛方法对老年患者非心脏手术后早期认知功能的影响作用。方法选用我院于2013年4月～10月间收治的接受非心脏开腹手术的老年患者120例，将其随机分为观察A组与观察B组各60例，其中A组接受全身麻醉继以术后静脉镇痛，B组接受全身-硬膜外复合麻醉继以术后硬膜外镇痛。对比分析两组患者术后认识功能障碍的发生几率。结果两组患者经神经精神功能测验，A组认知功能障碍发生率为43.33%（26/60），B组认知功能障碍发生率为40.00%（24/60）二者组间差异较小，无统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论不同的麻醉和术后镇痛方法对认识功能障碍并无较为显著的影响作用，主要影响老年患者术后早期认知功能障碍的因素是患者较短的受教育年限和常规外科手术。

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of different methods of anesthesia and analgesia method of early cognitive function after non heart operation in elderly patients.Methods Selection 120 cases elderly patients with undergoing non cardiac abdominal operation in our hospital which A group received general anesthesia folowed by postoperative intravenous analgesia,group B received combined general epidural anesthesia folowed by postoperative epidural analgesia. Analysis the two groups of patients after understanding the occurrence probability of dysfunction comparison.Results The two groups of patients with neuropsychological tests,A group of cognitive dysfunction was 43.33%,B group of cognitive dysfunction was 40%,smal differences between two groups had no statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The analgesia on cognitive dysfunction had no remarkable influence on the effects of different anesthesia and postoperative elderly patients.
