目的：探讨卵巢囊肿患者的围手术期护理方式以及护理效果。方法整理收集2011年1月～2013年1月期间我院治疗的68例卵巢囊肿患者的临床资料作为研究对象，这些患者分成对照组和观察组，观察组患者的围手术期采取针对性护理干预，对照组使用常规护理，比较两组患者的治疗有效率和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的临床护理满意度是94.12%，对照组的护理满意度是76.47%，观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论卵巢囊肿患者接受护理干预的效果比较好，治疗有效率高，治疗后患者的护理满意度较高，可以促进患者的术后恢复。
목적：탐토란소낭종환자적위수술기호리방식이급호리효과。방법정리수집2011년1월～2013년1월기간아원치료적68례란소낭종환자적림상자료작위연구대상，저사환자분성대조조화관찰조，관찰조환자적위수술기채취침대성호리간예，대조조사용상규호리，비교량조환자적치료유효솔화호리만의도。결과관찰조환자적림상호리만의도시94.12%，대조조적호리만의도시76.47%，관찰조환자적호리만의도명현고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론란소낭종환자접수호리간예적효과비교호，치료유효솔고，치료후환자적호리만의도교고，가이촉진환자적술후회복。
Objective To investigate the effects of nursing methods and perioperative care of patients with ovarian cysts.Methods Selected 68 cases of ovarian cysts as research subjects,these patients were divided into a control group and the observation group,perioperative observation group were taken care of targeted intervention and control group using conventional care,comparison of the two groups of patients with treatment efficiency and satisfaction with care.Results Satisfaction with clinical care of patients in the observation group was 94.12%,satisfaction with clinical care of patients in the control group was 76.47%,the observation group were significantly higher satisfaction with care(P<0.05). Conclusion Ovarian cysts in patients receiving care interventions are better,more efficient treatment,after nursing intervention,patient care satisfaction is high,can promote postoperative recovery.
