研究了在等温相变过程中稀土对新型高强韧钻具钢相变动力学的影响,建立了试验钢等温条件下贝氏体相变的TTT图。结果表明:稀土增加了试验钢中的相变激活能,使TTT曲线右移和下移,并使试验钢的鼻温由385℃降至350℃。
研究瞭在等溫相變過程中稀土對新型高彊韌鑽具鋼相變動力學的影響,建立瞭試驗鋼等溫條件下貝氏體相變的TTT圖。結果錶明:稀土增加瞭試驗鋼中的相變激活能,使TTT麯線右移和下移,併使試驗鋼的鼻溫由385℃降至350℃。

Effect of RE on phase transformation kinetics of new high strength-toughness drilling tool steel during isothermal transformation was investigated, and the TTT diagrams were established. The results show that RE improves the value of phase transformation activation energy. The TTT diagrams are shifted to right and down, and nose temperature of the tested steel is decreased from 385 ℃ to 350 ℃.
