目的：临床观察将围刺疗法用于局部治疗带状疱疹，进而得出其在治疗带状疱疹临床中的疗效。方法选取我院在2010～2014年期间收治的60例带状疱疹患者为研究对象，将其随机分成对照组30例实施常规针刺疗法，实验组30例实施局部围刺疗法，对比两组治疗效果，统计学处理。结果实验组患者治愈24例（80.0%），好转4例（13.3%）总有效率93.3%显著由于对照组，对比差异显著（P<0.05）。结论与常规针刺疗法相比，局部围刺治疗带状疤疹临床效果更佳，该法简单、有效。

목적：림상관찰장위자요법용우국부치료대상포진，진이득출기재치료대상포진림상중적료효。방법선취아원재2010～2014년기간수치적60례대상포진환자위연구대상，장기수궤분성대조조30례실시상규침자요법，실험조30례실시국부위자요법，대비량조치료효과，통계학처리。결과실험조환자치유24례（80.0%），호전4례（13.3%）총유효솔93.3%현저유우대조조，대비차이현저（P<0.05）。결론여상규침자요법상비，국부위자치료대상파진림상효과경가，해법간단、유효。
Objective Through clinical observation of local encircled needling therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster,and analyse its clinical effect in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods 60 cases of herpes zoster patients in our hospital as the research object,the control group of 30 cases of the implementation of routine acupuncture therapy,30 cases in the experimental group to implement local encircled needling therapy,compared two groups of treatment effect,statistical processing. 24 cases of the patients in the experimental group were cured.Results Patients in the experimental group 24 cases were cured(80%),improved in 4 cases(13.3%)the total efficiency of 93.3% compared with the control group,the contrast difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with routine acupuncture therapy,local encircled needling clinical effect of treatment of herpes zoster is better,the method is simple, effective,worthy of promotion.
