目的：明确电针对膝骨关节炎的治疗作用，并分析电针治疗膝骨关节炎的最佳病程。方法：采用电针内膝眼、犊鼻、梁丘、血海治疗膝骨关节炎46例，治疗前后采用西安大略和麦克马斯特骨关节炎调查量表（WOMAC）及视觉模拟评分法（VAS）进行评估；根据患者病程的长短分为急性痛期、慢痛性早期、慢性痛中期及慢性痛晚期，比较治疗前后WOMAC及VAS的变化率来分析电针治疗膝骨关节炎的最佳病程。结果：患者经过电针治疗后，VAS评分、WOMAC评分均较治疗前有明显改善。同时，据统计电针治疗对各个病程的疗效没有明显的差异。结论：电针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎具有较好的疗效，且对各个病程都有明显的疗效。
목적：명학전침대슬골관절염적치료작용，병분석전침치료슬골관절염적최가병정。방법：채용전침내슬안、독비、량구、혈해치료슬골관절염46례，치료전후채용서안대략화맥극마사특골관절염조사량표（WOMAC）급시각모의평분법（VAS）진행평고；근거환자병정적장단분위급성통기、만통성조기、만성통중기급만성통만기，비교치료전후WOMAC급VAS적변화솔래분석전침치료슬골관절염적최가병정。결과：환자경과전침치료후，VAS평분、WOMAC평분균교치료전유명현개선。동시，거통계전침치료대각개병정적료효몰유명현적차이。결론：전침치료슬관절골성관절염구유교호적료효，차대각개병정도유명현적료효。
Objective:To clarify the effect of electroacupuncture for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and an-alyze the best course of electroacupuncture for knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 46 patients with knee ar-thritis were treated with electroacupuncture at the dominant points of “Neixiyan” ( EX -LE5 ) , “Dubi”(ST35),“Liangqiu”(ST34) and “Xuehai” (SP10), evaluating the curative effect by western Ontario and McMaster osteoarthritis survey scale (WOMAC) and visual analogue scale (VAS) before and after treatment. According to the length of the courses of the disease among patients, the patients were allocated into four differ-ent groups:acute pain in early period, chronic pain in early,mid and late stages.Analyze the best course of e-lectric acupuncture for knee osteoarthritis by the changes of WOMAC and VAS rates before and after treatment. Results:Compared with that before treatment, the western Ontario and McMaster osteoarthritis survey scale (WOMAC) and visual analogue scale(VAS) showed a significant improvement after the treatment.However, according to statistics,there was no significant difference between each other among the four courses after the treatment .Conclusion:Electroacupuncture ( EA) has a significant effect on the patients with knee arthritis ,and for every course it has an obviously curative effect.
