目的：观察电针治疗胃肠腑热型单纯性肥胖并发高脂血症患者的干预效应并分析其影响疗效的因素。方法：选择从2006年至2011年于南京中医药大学国医堂门诊部就诊的胃肠腑热型单纯性肥胖病并发高脂血患者130例，根据中医辨证分型的治疗方法，采用电针方式，观察电针治疗前后患者身高、皮脂厚度、肥胖度、体质量、体重指数（ BMI）、体脂百分率的变化及其疗效以及相关血脂指标的变化和疗效。结果：电针治疗对于血浆中甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白和高密度脂蛋白等各项血脂指标均有良性调整作用。年龄、肥胖度及病程和疗效均呈负相关关系。随着年龄的增加疗效减弱；随着肥胖度的增加疗效减弱；病程越短，效果越好。患者过食少动因素疗效最好，总有效率达96％，其次是情志因素。性发育期和生育因素的效果稍差。总有效率达到82．9％。结论：电针治疗女性胃肠腑热型单纯性肥胖病并发高脂血症有良好疗效，电针治疗本病的疗效与患者的年龄、肥胖度、病程、病因诱因等密切相关。
목적：관찰전침치료위장부열형단순성비반병발고지혈증환자적간예효응병분석기영향료효적인소。방법：선택종2006년지2011년우남경중의약대학국의당문진부취진적위장부열형단순성비반병병발고지혈환자130례，근거중의변증분형적치료방법，채용전침방식，관찰전침치료전후환자신고、피지후도、비반도、체질량、체중지수（ BMI）、체지백분솔적변화급기료효이급상관혈지지표적변화화료효。결과：전침치료대우혈장중감유삼지、담고순、저밀도지단백화고밀도지단백등각항혈지지표균유량성조정작용。년령、비반도급병정화료효균정부상관관계。수착년령적증가료효감약；수착비반도적증가료효감약；병정월단，효과월호。환자과식소동인소료효최호，총유효솔체96％，기차시정지인소。성발육기화생육인소적효과초차。총유효솔체도82．9％。결론：전침치료녀성위장부열형단순성비반병병발고지혈증유량호료효，전침치료본병적료효여환자적년령、비반도、병정、병인유인등밀절상관。
Objective:To observe the interventive effect of electro -acupuncture treatment on obesity of gastro-intestinal heat type complicated with hyperlipidemia among patients.Analyze the factors that affect curative effects.Methods:There were totally 130 cases of obesity disease of gastrointestinal heat type complicated with hyperlipidemia.Use the electro-acupuncture treatment to observe patients'height,body quality and thickness of sebum, obesity, body mass index ( BMI) , the change of body fat percentage and curative effects before and af-ter treatment.Observe the changes of blood lipid index and curative effects.Results:After acupuncture treatment various obesity indices were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, and as the course of accumulation, obesity index showed a trend of continuous decline.In plasma cholesterol, triglyceride, low den-sity lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)and blood serum index were improved significantly.Age,obesity and the course of the disease were all negatively related to the curative effects.If the age was younger, the curative effect was better, and with the increase of age the effect weakened;the lighter the obese degree was,the better the curative effect was ;the shorter the course of the dis-ease was, the better the results were.The effect on patients with overeating and lack of exercise was the best. The total effective rate was 96%, and the second was the emotional factors.The effects on patients with sexual development and reproductive factors were a bit poor.The total effective rate was 82.9%.Conclu sion:Electro-acupuncture treatment for women with simple obesity of gastrointestinal heat type complicated with hyperlipi-demia has a good curative effect.Efficacy of electro-acupuncture is related to the patients'age, obesity, the course of the disease,etiology and incentives and so on.
