目的：分析急性化脓性中耳炎合并慢性鼻窦炎的临床治疗方法。方法选取我院2011年4月～2014年4月收治的急性化脓性中耳炎合并慢性鼻窦炎患者60例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者进行常规局部治疗，对观察组患者进行综合治疗。结果观察组患者的住院时间短于对照组患者，复发率和总有效率都高于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采用综合性的治疗方法治疗急性化脓性中耳炎合并慢性鼻窦炎能够取得良好的治疗效果，住院时间短、复发率低、治疗效果显著，与局部治疗方案相比具有较大的优势，是一种行之有效的治疗方法。
목적：분석급성화농성중이염합병만성비두염적림상치료방법。방법선취아원2011년4월～2014년4월수치적급성화농성중이염합병만성비두염환자60례，장기수궤분위대조조화관찰조，대조조환자진행상규국부치료，대관찰조환자진행종합치료。결과관찰조환자적주원시간단우대조조환자，복발솔화총유효솔도고우대조조환자，차이구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론채용종합성적치료방법치료급성화농성중이염합병만성비두염능구취득량호적치료효과，주원시간단、복발솔저、치료효과현저，여국부치료방안상비구유교대적우세，시일충행지유효적치료방법。
Objective To analyze the clinical treatment of acute suppurative otitis media with chronic sinusitis.Methods In our hospital from acute suppurative otitis media with 60 cases of patients with chronic sinusitis,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,patients in the control group of conventional local treatment,comprehensive treatment to the patients in the observation group. Results The observation group patients hospitalization time is shorter than the patients in the control group,the recurrence rate and total effective rate were higher than the patients in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined therapy in the treatment of acute suppurative otitis media with chronic sinusitis can obtain good therapeutic effect,short time of hospitalization, the recurrence rate is low,the treatment effect is significant,compared with local treatment scheme has more advantages,is an effective method of treatment,it is worth promoting in clinic.
