目的：探讨中药治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝郁脾虚证的临床疗效。方法将我院接收的64例慢性乙型肝炎肝郁脾虚证患者随机分为研究组和常规组，均为32例。常规组给予西药护肝治疗，研究组在常规组基础上联合中药苓泽柴芍六君子汤治疗，1个月为一疗程，对比两组治疗后的中医证候积分和临床疗效。结果通过治疗后，研究组的证候积分降幅明显低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；研究组的症候改善总有效率明显高于常规组，差异有统计意义（P<0.05）。结论对于慢性乙型肝炎肝郁脾虚证的治疗在常规西药护肝治疗基础上，采取中药治疗可明显改善症候，提高临床疗效。
목적：탐토중약치료만성을형간염간욱비허증적림상료효。방법장아원접수적64례만성을형간염간욱비허증환자수궤분위연구조화상규조，균위32례。상규조급여서약호간치료，연구조재상규조기출상연합중약령택시작륙군자탕치료，1개월위일료정，대비량조치료후적중의증후적분화림상료효。결과통과치료후，연구조적증후적분강폭명현저우상규조，차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）；연구조적증후개선총유효솔명현고우상규조，차이유통계의의（P<0.05）。결론대우만성을형간염간욱비허증적치료재상규서약호간치료기출상，채취중약치료가명현개선증후，제고림상료효。
ObjectiveExplore the clinical effect in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome with traditional chinese medicine.Methods64 cases of chronic hepatitis B liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome patients in our hospital received,the conventional group given medicine and liver protection therapy,study group in the conventional group on the basis of zawa shibaroku gentleman soup combined with traditional chinese medicine treatment,1 months for a course of treatment,TCM syndrome integral and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results After the therapy,syndrome integral decline study group was significantly lower than the conventional group; study group symptoms improve the total efficiency was significantly higher than that of conventional group.Conclusion The treatment for chronic hepatitis B liver stagnation and spleen deficiency in the conventional western medicine treatment on the basis of the traditional Chinese medicine,liver,treatment can significantly improve symptoms,improve clinical efficacy.
