南水北调湍河渡槽工程为相对独立的三线三槽单跨40m 的双向全预应力结构 U 形薄壁渡槽,槽身混凝土等级为 C50W8F200。渡槽槽体结构新颖,受力复杂,结构尺寸及施工技术较为复杂。该工程通过调整入仓方式,采用薄层浇筑、二次复振的方法,保证了槽身混凝土质量,施工效果良好。

Aqueduct work in South-to-North Water Diversion Project belongs to relatively independent three-wire three-tank single-span 40m two-way full pre-stressed structure U-shaped thin-wall aqueduct.Tank concrete grade is C50W8F200. Aqueduct tank is characterized by novel structure,complex mechanical force,more complex structure size and construction technique.In the project,tank concrete quality is ensured through adjusting warehousing modes and adopting thin layer pouring and secondary complex vibration methods with excellent construction effect.
