目的：对肺结核治疗后抗体持续时间的动态分析。方法将我院在2012年1月～2014年1月所收治的164例肺结核患者作为研究对象，对所有患者进行对症治疗，在此基础上为所有患者每隔3个月进行一次结核病血清抗结核抗体的检测，连续观察12个月。选取同期来我院进行身体检查的150例健康人作对比研究。结果164例肺结核患者均完成了全程观察，在治疗后的第三个月，患者结核抗体呈阳性的人员有所减少；6个月后，下降到达高峰期，9个月后，下降最为明显，到12个月以后，与健康人的各项指标相比，P>0.05，差异不具有统计学意义。结论肺结核患者治疗后，其抗体的持续时间为12个月以内，所有患者应该在治疗后的一年以内及时到医院进行复查，如果患者的抗结核抗体呈现阳性，则需要予以必要的干预，以防止结核病复发。
목적：대폐결핵치료후항체지속시간적동태분석。방법장아원재2012년1월～2014년1월소수치적164례폐결핵환자작위연구대상，대소유환자진행대증치료，재차기출상위소유환자매격3개월진행일차결핵병혈청항결핵항체적검측，련속관찰12개월。선취동기래아원진행신체검사적150례건강인작대비연구。결과164례폐결핵환자균완성료전정관찰，재치료후적제삼개월，환자결핵항체정양성적인원유소감소；6개월후，하강도체고봉기，9개월후，하강최위명현，도12개월이후，여건강인적각항지표상비，P>0.05，차이불구유통계학의의。결론폐결핵환자치료후，기항체적지속시간위12개월이내，소유환자응해재치료후적일년이내급시도의원진행복사，여과환자적항결핵항체정현양성，칙수요여이필요적간예，이방지결핵병복발。
Objective Dynamic analysis of the duration of the antibody after treatment of tuberculosis.Methods164 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients in our hospital as the object of study,al patients were symptomatic treatment,on this basis for al patients performed at a tuberculosis serum anti tuberculosis antibody detection for 3 months,12 months of continuous observation. Select 150 healthy people over the same period came to our hospital for physical examination of the comparative study.ResultsIn 164 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients completed the ful observation, tuberculosis antibody in patients positive for al personnel to reduce; 12 months later,the indexes and healthy people before,P>0.05,no difference, not statisticaly significant.Conclusion The treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients,the duration time of antibody within 12 months,al patients should be after treatment within a year,undertake in time checking to the hospital,if the patient's anti tuberculosis antibody positive,you need to give the necessary intervention,in order to prevent the recurrence of tuberculosis.
