目的：观察中西医结合治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变临床疗效。方法将166例单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变患者随机分为2组，治疗组106例（212眼）予滋阴补肾中药口服联合卡波金吸入治疗，对照组60例（120眼）予以滋阴补肾中药口服治疗，2组均1个月为1个疗程，间隔10 d后进行下1个疗程，2个疗程后统计临床疗效，并进行血液流变学检测及血气分析。结果2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01），治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗后全血黏度（高切）、全血黏度（低切）、血浆黏度、红细胞沉降率及pH值均较本组治疗前明显降低（P＜0．01，P＜0．05），氧分压升高（P＜0．01），且全血黏度（高切）、全血黏度（低切）、血浆黏度、氧分压及pH值改善优于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论滋阴补肾中药联合卡波金吸入治疗单纯型糖尿病视网膜病变，能明显改善血液流变学指标及血气分析指标，疗效优于单纯滋阳补肾中药治疗。
목적：관찰중서의결합치료단순형당뇨병시망막병변림상료효。방법장166례단순형당뇨병시망막병변환자수궤분위2조，치료조106례（212안）여자음보신중약구복연합잡파금흡입치료，대조조60례（120안）여이자음보신중약구복치료，2조균1개월위1개료정，간격10 d후진행하1개료정，2개료정후통계림상료효，병진행혈액류변학검측급혈기분석。결과2조총유효솔비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．01），치료조료효우우대조조。치료조치료후전혈점도（고절）、전혈점도（저절）、혈장점도、홍세포침강솔급pH치균교본조치료전명현강저（P＜0．01，P＜0．05），양분압승고（P＜0．01），차전혈점도（고절）、전혈점도（저절）、혈장점도、양분압급pH치개선우우대조조（ P＜0．05）。결론자음보신중약연합잡파금흡입치료단순형당뇨병시망막병변，능명현개선혈액류변학지표급혈기분석지표，료효우우단순자양보신중약치료。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of combined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine on simple diabetic retinopathy.Methods 166 patients with simple diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into two groups.106 cases in treatment group (212 eyes) were treated by combined therapy of nourishing yin and reinfor-cing kidney herbs oral and carbogen inhalation.60 cases in control group (120 eyes) received simple nourishing yin and reinforcing kidney herbs oral.The course was one month in two groups.There was an interval of 10 days between two courses.The clinical effects, determination of hemorheology and blood gas analysis were observed in two groups after 2 courses.Results There was statistical significance between two groups on the total effective rate (P<0.01). The curative effect in treatment group was better than that in the control group.The degree of whole blood viscosity ( in high shear rate) , whole blood viscosity ( in low shear rate) , plasma viscosity,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and pH value after treatment were significantly decreased in treatment group compared with those in before treatment ( P<0.01, P<0.05), and the pressure of arterial oxygen was significantly increased( P <0.01).The improvement of whole blood viscosity ( in high shear rate) , whole blood viscosity ( in low shear rate) , plasma viscosity, the pressure of arterial oxygen and pH in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Com-bined therapy of Chinese and Western medicine on simple diabetic retinopathy can obviously improve hemorheology indexes and blood gas indexes, the curative effect is superior to simple Chinese medicine therapy.
