本研究总结和分析针刺治疗小儿遗尿的取穴规律，结果发现：针刺治疗小儿遗尿的取穴主要是三阴交、关元、中极、肾俞、膀胱俞等，归经主要是以任脉、足太阳经膀胱经为主，并有“循经取穴”、使用“特定穴”、取用“奇穴”、远近结合的特点。
본연구총결화분석침자치료소인유뇨적취혈규률，결과발현：침자치료소인유뇨적취혈주요시삼음교、관원、중겁、신유、방광유등，귀경주요시이임맥、족태양경방광경위주，병유“순경취혈”、사용“특정혈”、취용“기혈”、원근결합적특점。
This article summarizes and analyzes the rules of acupoint selection in the treatment of children enu-resis by acupuncture.The results show that in the treatment of children enuresis by acupuncture the commonly used points include Sanyinjiao, Guanyuan, Zhongji, Shenshu, Pangguangshu, and are distributed in Ren, foot Taiyang meridian.And the characteristic of selecting acupoint is along channel,using specific acupoints,extra-point,integrated distal and proximal needling method.
